The Stillness Between

Manchester singer-songwriter Daniel Akeroyd, recording as Kinder Rooms, releases his sophomore full-length *The Stillness Between* this week. Built around fingerpicked acoustic guitar, hushed vocals, and faint orchestral textures, the album is a meditation on grief, distance, and small-town quiet. Recorded at home and at the historic Eve Studios in Stockport, the album features collaborations with cellist Iona Whyte and pedal-steel player Marc Quinones.
