Enterprise Account Manager

About the Role

Manage and grow relationships with SongShop's enterprise clients including record labels, production companies, and media agencies. You'll ensure client satisfaction while identifying upselling opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders - Identify opportunities to expand account revenue - Ensure client satisfaction and retention - Provide regular account reviews and reports - Collaborate with product team on enterprise feature requests

Requirements

- 4+ years of account management or enterprise sales experience - Strong relationship building and communication skills - Experience managing large accounts ($100K+) - Understanding of music licensing and royalties - Data-driven approach to account strategy
