About the Role
Be the voice of SongShop by helping our community of songwriters and artists with their questions, issues, and feedback. You'll provide friendly, knowledgeable support via email, chat, and phone.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through the platform
- Process refunds, account changes, and licensing questions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
- Document common issues and contribute to the knowledge base
- Provide feedback to the product team on user pain points
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Basic technical troubleshooting ability
- Interest in music and creative industries
- Bilingual (English/French) is a plus
